Simple Exercise dari Susu Sejat

Tips exercise SUSU SEJAT : tak perlu lama2 pun, cukup 30 minit sehari.. itu pun akan bawa impak yg besar terhadap lifestyle u.. try buat after pulang dari kerja.. :)

‎1 - stretching
2 - warmup 5-10 minit dgn berlari2 anak keliling rumah
3 - push up 10x, 2 set
4 - jumping jack (tepok bintang) 50 kali
5 - sit up 10x, 2 set
6 - jumping jack 50 kali
7 - squat 10x, 2 set (cuba google tgk mcm mana org buat, tp tak perlu guna dumbell pun, cukup dgn berat badan u utk tampung berat)
8 - jumping jack 50 kali

*cuba amalkan siri senaman ni ikut turutan. pastikan hanya ada 1 minit sahaja rehat di antara setiap senaman tu
