Today starting to lost weight again after holiday..2kg increase during my holiday is a big NO actually..because to lost back 2kg after that it's hard..People easy to speak out..but to do that i'm struggle you know..only my huby know what i mean..
So..firstly today..i'm bring all kinds of food (carbo and sweet)that i can't take to office..so that i can't see at home..even the plastic bag..huhu..
Secondly..start breakfast with boil egg and 'lontong without nasi impit'..and for lunch..still waiting my hubby to pick me..
